To Use: Place your bowl or coffee cup inside the cozy and into the microwave, heat for 2 minute intervals, when it's done, remove the bowl or coffee cup and cozy without burning your fingers! Great for Coffee, Hot Coco, Soups, Chili, Dips, Oatmeal or Leftovers.

Best if used in 2 minute intervals, not intended for heating over 6 minutes. Please, do not leave in the microwave unattended while heating.
